1. Photo Release and Consent Policy
• Parental/Guardian Consent Required: By purchasing or downloading a photo of a minor, the purchaser represents and warrants that they are the parent or legal guardian or have obtained the necessary consent for their intended use.
• Commercial Use: The photos sold on this website are for personal use. Any commercial use, republication, advertising, or resale of these images requires a separate written license agreement with Red Wagon Studio LLC and, if applicable, a separate Model/Photo Release from the subject's parent/guardian.
• Implied Consent at Public Events: Action shots are taken at public or semi-public sporting events where there is generally a lower expectation of privacy. However, our policy requires parental consent for the commercial use (sale) of specific individual photos of minors.
• Opt-Out/Removal Request: If you are a parent/legal guardian of a minor whose photo is displayed on this site and you object to its use or sale, please immediately contact us using the “Contact Us” form with the image details. We will promptly remove the image from public viewing and sale upon verification of parental/guardian status.

• Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, transmit, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the photographs without explicit written permission from Red Wagon Studio LLC, except as expressly permitted by the personal use license.
• Image Watermark: Purchased photographs and prints include a branding watermark located at the bottom right corner of the image. Watermarks may be removed upon request for an additional fee.
3. Limitation of Liability
• "As Is" Basis: All photos and services are provided "as is." Red Wagon Studio LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the photos' quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Liability Limit (Maryland): In no event shall Red Wagon Studio LLC, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of the photos or this website. Your exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the photos or website is to cease using the service or request a refund for the specific product purchased.
