General Policies


1. Service Area

Our Service Area for Individual Athlete Action Photo Sessions includes the following Maryland counties:

  • Anne Arundel
  • Calvert
  • Charles
  • Howard
  • Montgomery
  • Prince George's

The Service Area for Team Action Photos and Pre-Scheduled Events may be expanded upon request and mutual agreement between client and photographer.


2. Cancellations

We understand that things can change quickly in youth sports, whether it's an injury, a schedule conflict, or unpredictable weather. Our goal is to make planning your session as stress-free as possible.


Standard Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • More than 72 hours prior to the session: You may cancel your session and receive a full refund of any deposit or session fees paid.

Environmental & Weather-Related Cancellations

  • The safety of the athletes and the quality of the final images are our top priorities.
  • Prior to the game start time, if the photographer determines that the weather or other environmental factors (e.g., heavy rain, high winds, unsafe conditions, extreme heat/cold, inadequate light, or blocked access) make the session impossible or unsafe, we will communicate this decision as soon as possible via email.

In this event, you will have the option to:

  1. A refund of the session fee.
  2. Reschedule the session to the next available date that works for you and the photographer.
  • If a game in-progress is canceled or suspended due to weather, an additional game may be scheduled at the discretion of the Photographer. However, the Photographer is under no further obligation to provide service.  


Cancellation Due to Lack of Access

  • Appropriate and timely access to the venue is necessary to to start your photography session.
  • If the photographer is denied entry or access to the venue (for example, due to unpaid admission fees, lack of proper credentials, or other venue-specific rules), the session will unfortunately be considered a client-initiated cancellation.

Photographer Cancellation

While extremely rare, if the photographer must cancel the session due to an emergency or illness, you will have the choice of a full refund or a full credit toward a rescheduled session, along with a 10% discount on your session fee as compensation for the inconvenience.

3. Venue Access and Admission Policy

Admission Fees

The client booking the session is responsible for covering any and all admission fees, parking costs, or other required venue access fees for the photographer that may be charged by the sports complex, field, arena, or event organizer.

  • Venue Access and Entry Fees: The cost of any tickets, gate fees, or admission required for the Photographer to access the event location.
  • Permit and Licensing Fees: Any fees mandated by the facility, league, or municipality for the purpose of professional commercial photography on-site.
  • Parking Fees: Reimbursement for any parking costs incurred by the Photographer at the venue or nearby facilities.


4. Artistic Policy and Expectations

Style

  • The Photographer’s previous work and portfolio are available for viewing on this website. Client's have a reasonable expectation that the Photographer will perform the Services in a similar style, given comparable environmental conditions (e.g., weather, lighting, etc.)
  • Photographer will use its artistic judgement when providing the Services, and shall have final say regarding the aesthetic judgement and artistic quality of the Services


Environmental Conditions

  • Photographer is not responsible for compromised coverage caused by poor stadium lighting, restrictive sideline access imposed by officials or venue management, or interference from spectators.
